Events in which the winery participates
The Artner wine estate encompasses 40 hectares of some of the best wine-growing locations in Carnuntum. This ambitious wine region is located in the eastern part of Austria, close to Vienna. These areas are primarily south-facing slopes and benefit from the climatic influence of the Neusiedler See and the nearby Danube. The Artner wine estate has specialized in Austrian grape varieties such as Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch as well as the white grapes Grüner Veltliner and Chardonnay. These grapes reflect the Carnuntum DAC varieties.
The estate works certified organic and in the year 2018 the winery has joined the Traditionsweingüter Österreich. It is the obligation of Artner to express the characteristics of the territory, climate and grape varieties through the estate wines.
