Winemaker Berthold Haider produces Demeter certified wines of the highest quality in the wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee; Burgenland.
Our vines thrive on sandy and gravelly brown soils in the Pannonian climate. Viticulture and cellar management are sustainable and operated in the gentlest way possible. Our grapes are carefully harvested by hand and all the wines ferment spontaneously. The wines are allowed to ripen in peace and are left as natural as possible (vegan, reduced use of sulphites…). Our wine assortment ranges from dry white wines to sweet wine specialties - such as Spätlese, Beerenauslese or Ice wine - and from classic Zweigelt to fully matured red wine cuvees. Furthermore, we produce unfiltered Natural Wine without the addition of sulphites on our family owned wine farm.
