Austrian Wine adapted to the current circumstances and planned a unique online tasting format for the professional audience in Ontario.
In cooperation with the Austrian Trade Commission in Toronto, Austrian Wine organized the Austrian Tasting Ontario – The Stay-at-home Edition. During the event over 100 Experts such as sommeliers, press and trade representatives had the unique opportunity to taste and discover wines from Austrian winemakers directly from home. Each guest could pre-select 10 portfolios from 28 winemakers represented on the market and received a customized wine package. The wines were delivered in small bottles (100 ml) before the online event. During the tasting, winemakers were available for discussions and networking on the online platform Brella.
