Unlimited Terms of Use – Reference AWMB/Photographer resp. AWMB resp. Publication AWMB
The use of data (photos, logos, brochures, advertising material, etc.) that are provided by the Austrian Wine Marketing Board online, is – apart from private use – subject to permission. The permission is given by the Austrian Wine Marketing Board under the following conditions:

• if the data is used for a company folder and on the website of an Austrian winegrower or displayed in specialized weekly or monthly magazines as well as daily newspapers, the permission is granted free of charge; however the reference has to be quoted next to the used document.
• In case of a commercial use (advertisement, flyers, commercial websites and online shop, promotion of events etc.) permission is granted exclusively by the AWMB. Please contact the AWMB directly for permission.
• With regard to books the AWMB must be consulted in any case.

The use of data (photos, logos, brochures, advertising material, etc.) that are provided by the Austrian Wine Marketing Board online, is – apart from private use – subject to permission. The permission is given by the Austrian Wine Marketing Board under the following conditions:

• in case of a non-commercial use the copy right note “©AWMB/(name of photographer) must be quoted next to the used document; the permission for use is granted by the AWMB free of charge.
• in case of a commercial use (advertisement, flyers, commercial websites, online shops or promotion of events etc.) permission is granted exclusively by the photographer (see copy right). Please contact the photographer directly for permission.
• With regard to books, the copyright owner must be consulted in any case.
